Before my daughter started her sessions with Sophie, I was completely at my wits end and didn't know how to help my very anxious and unhappy 8 year old. Her behaviour and violent outbursts had become so bad she had been excluded from school twice. I was then put in contact with Sophie through a family member and, after discussing my daughters needs, agreed to weekly counselling sessions. Fast forward a year and I honestly have a different little girl on my hands. After building a lovely relationship with Sophie, where she feels safe, allowing her to talk openly about her thoughts and feelings, my daughter has grown in confidence, will now talk to us openly about her feelings and we can deal with them so much better as a family. School have also reported a remarkable change in her behaviour and how she is able to deal with difficult situations. Sessions with Sophie have not only changed my daughters life, but for us as a family. Home life is now a much happier and calmer place to be. I honestly couldn't recommend Sophie's services highly enough. Thank you for giving us back my happy little girl.
