"Before my daughter started her sessions with Sophie, I was completely at my wits end and didn't know how to help my very anxious and unhappy 8 year old. Her behaviour and violent outbursts had become so bad she had been excluded from school twice. I was then put in contact with Sophie through a family member and, after discussing my daughters needs, agreed to weekly counselling sessions. Fast forward a year and I honestly have a different little girl on my hands. Sophie has provided high quality support for children's mental health through her play-based therapy sessions. This intervention is invaluable for children who are experiencing difficulties.
